
Technician’s Responsibility
It is each Tech’s responsibility to turn/send in their paperwork upon completion of each job. Pertinent information including before and after pictures, parts and parts costs, labor hours, unit number, SO#, date, location, description of the problem with the unit, description of repairs made, hubometer reading, tech’s name, and customer name. Failure to send paperwork and pictures in right after the job is completed will result in a $20 deduction from the tech’s paycheck. Info from the job must be completed in Fullbay and also send the hard copies and picture to invoice@mikeswrenches.com. If paperwork hasn’t been turned in after one week, the penalty will increase by $10 per week.
